adapa UK St Helens is a converter and laminator of films, papers, and aluminum foil for a wide range of markets and applications. The UK Team specialises in flexographic printing and lamination using a wide range of adhesives, from standard solvent-free to specialist water-based adhesives suitable even for microwave and ovenable applications.

Whether it is monomaterials, paper laminated to PET or high barrier films with peelable layers, the UK team has a wealth of experience. Customers are consulted to get the latest information on materials and their legal aspects.

Bag making

This site also offers a range of bags using materials produced internally or by external suppliers. Three-side seal pouches and shrink bags for the meat and dairy industries are adapa St Helens’ specialty.

Innovation and sustainability

The drive towards sustainable materials is key and wherever possible recyclable, re-pulpable or mono materials are proposed and embraced by customers, with technical advice from the team appreciated.
