Javier is Head of Operations – South, Central at adapa. He is an industrial engineer with a master’s degree in Operations Management from ESADE University and in Business Management from IESE Business School. With over 25 years of experience in the field of operations and general management, Javier has held key leadership roles in various multinational industrial and service companies across sectors such as automotive, metallurgical, packaging and recycling, before joining adapa.

His career includes serving as a Plant General Manager, Operations Director and General Manager. Javier’s diverse background equips him with a valuable global business perspective and an extensive international experience in leading high-performance teams and driving strategic change management. His ability to navigate complexity and embrace global issues makes him a valuable asset to our company.
