Slawomir has a versatile experience in areas of operations, manufacturing, product development and in-market launch. He has spearheaded change management initiatives, company integration processes, and cost-saving optimisation projects within the packaging industry as well as in the FMCG market sector.

Prior to joining adapa he held various positions in Quality, Project Management, Operational Excellence and Plant Management working in multi-international companies in Europe and North America.

Since March 2023 he has been appointed Head of Operations – North at adapa Group.
