Mark Weatherbed
Head of Procurement
Mark Weatherbed has joined the adapa leadership team as Head of Procurement from July 2024. He is a senior procurement professional with 40 years’ board level experience in the packaging, print and publishing sectors. Throughout his career, Mark has been the key procurement lead in many business transformations and developments, most recently managing the procurement integration and re-development of one of the largest packaging group mergers in the last 25 years in Europe.
Mark heads up our central Procurement department. His responsibility consists in further developing and transforming the Group’s procurement teams and practices into a World-Class Organisation as well as in building strong and lasting relationships with our international strategic partners. Leading a team of Global Category Managers and Lead Buyers, Mark is committed to streamlining our procurement processes and developing the Group’s supply chain.
He holds a Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and is also a Chartered Manager.
