adapa at EMPACK in Gorinchem (NL)!

adapa Group will be presenting contemporary flexible packaging solutions for various markets, such as meat, dairy products, confectionery, coffee and hygiene products, at EMPACK in Gorinchem/NL from April 9 to 11, 2024. The Group has been focusing on Design for Recycling for years and can now support its customers in achieving their sustainability goals with packaging solutions based on PE, PP and paper. The Group’s comprehensive range covers all common applications with high-performance shrink, skin and thermoformed packaging as well as flowpacks, twistwraps and much more.

At this year’s EMPACK, trade visitors from the Benelux region can look forward to various highlights at adapa’s stand, such as:

FlexiClosere AMX: the resealable top film for APET trays

Depending on which packaging machine manufacturers are equipped with, switching to PP bottom films can be a bit of a challenge. With FlexiClosere AMX, adapa offers manufacturers a reclose top web that allows them to continue using their existing mono APET bottom webs. The high-quality printable film can be processed reliably and with high productivity on conventional thermoforming systems. The decisive advantage of FlexiClosere AMX is its density of less than 1 g/cm3, which makes it the ideal top film for unprinted APET trays.

MonoFlowre E-type and P-type – flowpack films designed for recycling

Recyclability = loss of efficiency? Maybe, but not necessarily! adapa’s range of “Design for Recycling” flowpack films, the MonoFlowre E-Type and P-Type, are designed for recycling and efficiency. Thanks to the Group’s experience in various market segments and the in-house development of high-performance films, e.g. low-S.I.T. CPP films or innovative MDO PE films, adapa’s flowpacks are also optimally adapted to demanding products such as coffee. The various MonoFlowre materials run excellently and, depending on the machine, at up to 120 cycles on a variety of common packaging lines. Thanks to various barrier options and printing processes, they can be individually tailored to customer requirements.

digiflex – maximum flexibility with digital printing

When it comes to always being up-to-date and constantly adapting to changing circumstances, you need the right toolbox at hand. With adapa’s digiflex, customers have the option of ordering quantities tailored to their individual needs, thus avoiding overproduction of packaging and conserving resources. At the same time, this printing technology enables brilliant printing results on various materials such as flexible films and paper and is eye-catching at the POS thanks to its high color accuracy and versatile finishing options. It also enables the application of security markings, for which special printing inks or codes are used.

“With our extensive past and upcoming investments in the back and many efficient packaging solutions in our programme, we are presenting customers from the Benelux region with a great overall package at EMPACK. We will be happy to provide more detailed information about this at our stand and look forward to an exciting exchange with our trade fair guests,” emphasizes Anthony Chaumuzeau, Head of Sales at adapa Group.

You will find adapa at EMPACK Gorinchem at Stand F105.
