In her role at adapa, Alena is pivotal in developing the overall strategy and driving commercial excellence. Her ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies makes her a key driver in enhancing our commercial performance. She heads up our marketing department and works closely with the Executive Board to ensure that the company’s overall strategy and objectives are effectively translated into appropriate marketing actions.
