Aránzazu Salguero Cruz is Head of Group HR at adapa Group. As a member of our leadership team reporting to the CEO, she manages the development and execution of the global human resources strategy supporting the company’s targets achievement.
She brings more than 25 years of international HR experience in the automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical and flexible packaging industries.
Aránzazu has a proven track record of leading through change and transformation to meet the diverse needs of a global organisation. She is passionate about bringing out the best in everyone, and truly believes that the success of a business lies in its people. She is strongly committed to the adapa values.
With degrees in Labour Law and Psychology, Aránzazu specialises in both areas. Her masters in Business Administration, Health & Safety, Coaching and Neuropsychology equip her to grow and develop the talents of each employee, building engaged teams at adapa.
