Noël Kasmi joined adapa as CEO in May 2024. He brings a wealth of industry experience and a proven track record as a leader, gained over a career spanning almost 30 years in US-listed companies. His strong background in sales and marketing, gives him a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement, which is key to realising adapa’s ambitious growth plans.
He is well-connected with the Advisory Committee (Non-Executive Board) fostering strong relationships that support strategic decision-making and corporate governance. Leveraging the agility adapa provides, Noël will accelerate the transformation of the united group towards sustainable growth while delivering innovative packaging solutions designed for recycling.
